This was an older Quality INN, looked "worn" from the outside but it was SO clean inside and especially in our room. The housekeeping staff was amazing, constant cleaning in the breakfast room and restocking food. Our room housekeeper checked on us daily any needs we might have. The pool area was clean and pleasant altho the outdoor patio space needs some work. we stayed here 4 nights on a 15state journey to the northeast. This little gem exceeded our expectations in every way

The room was very comfortable. The room was modern. There is an indoor pool that we wanted to use, but we fell asleep early and missed out on using it (but do know that the pool area was clean and very inviting). The breakfast was ok for me, but my husband felt it was great. He was very content (It was enough to satisfy our hunger before our long drive). Since we had just finished work and wanted to stay at a place across the border (Canada/USA), this hotel is conveniently located (near grocery, restaurants and main highway).

Bearing in mind that this is a budget friendly accommodation, we found our room to be clean and very well maintained.

I like it a lot the staff are very polite and nice the room was cleaned i stayed there once’s before complaining about the pool to cold they claimed they had it at 70 I stayed there now to see about the pool I ask if it was hot he said yes and guess what it wasn’t so I won’t stay there again and who ever ask me that’s what I’ll tell him.

From the exterior the hotel looked really run down When I got there wanted to cancel Then we checked into our room and completely different beautiful and clean But if someone was looking it from the outside don’t know if they would book

We had the best stay at the Quality Inn & Suites Plattsburgh! I travel to Plattsburgh on a regular and the rooms we stay in are spotless and clean, the employees have always been nice and helpful everytime we needed something or had a question. The breakfast is included and offers hot and cold options... a home away from home :) !

We were heading back to college after a snowshoe race in the Northeast Kingdom of Vermont and we encountered a series of bad winter weather conditions ~ icy roads, blowing snow and whiteout conditions. The Comfort Inn had available rooms while most other venues did not. We grabbed them, although we were less than an hour from the college. The rooms were clean, and neat, and the bed was quite good.
