Quality Inn & Suites Plattsburgh

Been staying here, working in a town nearby. Ive been here nearly a month and will say its a quiet hotel for someone needing a place to stay for work, or commuting to something nearby. Its right on the main drag leading to the highway. There are also ALOT of places to eat nearby, as well as things to do. The customer service behind the counter has also been really great on par with a 4 star hotel. And there property albiet alittle worn down did not take away from the clean rooms.

Breakfast was great! Coffee hot and good flavour. Eggs and sausage, toast or cereal. The only thing that was confusing to many was the waffle maker. The instructions on turning the grill were not visible to some.

Bearing in mind that this is a budget friendly accommodation, we found our room to be clean and very well maintained.

Quiet, looks recently updated and they were painting the hallways when we were there. Much improved.

The room was very comfortable. The room was modern. There is an indoor pool that we wanted to use, but we fell asleep early and missed out on using it (but do know that the pool area was clean and very inviting). The breakfast was ok for me, but my husband felt it was great. He was very content (It was enough to satisfy our hunger before our long drive). Since we had just finished work and wanted to stay at a place across the border (Canada/USA), this hotel is conveniently located (near grocery, restaurants and main highway).
